Arnold is a passionate advocate for men's mental health, grief support, and domestic violence prevention. A graduate of Hamline University, he combines education with real-world experience to create programs that promote healing, resilience, and emotional well-being. Committed to breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, Arnold works to build safe, supportive spaces where individuals can find hope, healing, and strength.

Chief Administrative Operator
With more than 30 years of management and leadership experience, Detra is passionate about empowering youth, supporting teenage mothers, and helping individuals overcome life's challenges. She has led support groups and mentored others with compassion, purpose, and real-life experience. Having overcome her own journey as a teenage mother who once relied on government assistance, Detra understands the power of resilience and second chances. Today, she is committed to helping others recognize their potential, overcome barriers, and become the best version of themselves.
